The Plainwell Robotics Club held its 4th Annual Middle School Robotics Tournament on Saturday, November 23 at Plainwell High School.
"Gear Gremlins" received the Build Award, which recognizes a well-constructed robot that is built with a high degree of attention to detail in order to hold up to the rigors of competition. The team consists of Lydia McCall, Mia Williams, Audrey Bates, and Alyssa Warren. They are coached by Julie Williams and Matt Warren.
Team "Rubber Ducky Squad" received the Judges Award, which recognizes team attributes deserving of special recognition. The event judges made special mention of the team's exemplary teamwork and effort. The team consists of Ethan Sikes, Landon Lowe, Lennox Clippinger, and Gabriel Garner. They are coached by Summer Rosati and Matt Glass.
