MS Team "Trial and Error" Wins Grandville Tournament - Qualifies for State Championship

The Plainwell Robotics Club's middle school team "Trial and Error" won first place at the Grandville Robotics Tournament held Saturday, November 4, at their new Competition Center.   The team placed 13th after seven qualifying matches and were invited to join the 3rd place alliance by Team "Pinkalicious" from Grandville for the eight-alliance final round playoff.  The two teams defeated the 1st place alliance in the final match 69-45.  Team "Trial and Error" members Malachi Waters and Hunter Crouch [L/R] are shown with their robot and championship trophy.  They  are coached by Charles Crouch.


The win earned the team an invitation to the Michigan State Championship Tournament in February.
