HS Team "Siege" Early Qualifier for State Championship

The Plainwell Robotic Club's high school team "Siege" has qualified for the Michigan High School State Championship to be held at Kettering University on February 21-22, 2025.  The team has participated in the West Michigan High Stakes Mega League held over the last several weeks at Grandville.  Several dozen high school teams participated in the League, and the top 24 teams competed in the League Finals last week.  Team "Siege" was seeded 6th in the Finals.

The team lost in the final match 33 to 23, but earned the Tournament Finalist Award which qualifies them for the State event.  The team members are Walker Clippinger, Isaiah Looney-McPhillips, and Owen Ferris.  The team is coached by Matt Clippinger and Jason Ferris.
